A modern way to reward staff is the personnel fund, which we introduced in November 2021. In this, PKO is a trendsetter in the entire retail sector. Everyone who has been employed with us for at least six months has the opportunity to invest in the personnel fund, i.e. fund the profit and performance bonuses they receive there. Our employer automatically increases the funded amount by 20 percent. For example, if an employee transfers a total of 1,000 euros in profit and performance bonuses paid by PKO to the fund, the cooperative pays an additional 20%, i.e. the amount to be funded increases to 1,200 euros.
