Manage your customer data in S-mobiili or the S User Account
You can do a lot of things conveniently in S-mobiili or the S User Account. You can invite family members to your household, order S-Etukortti membership cards for them, monitor your cashback earnings, browse your electronic receipts, review and edit your customer data and update your contact information.

Schedule an appointment at a service point
You can get personal service at the Co-op Member Service and S-Bank service points. Check your nearest service point and avoid queues by booking an appointment in advance.
S-Biili is a travelling service point for the co-op member and S-Bank services. At S-Biili, you can take care of matters related to your membership and S-Bank’s customer relationship in good time, without an appointment. Be sure to bring your personal identification card with you.
