  Bicycle Initial Service

  The initial service is the most important maintenance for your bike. It should be performed within the first 300 kilometers ridden, and no later than 3 months from the purchase date.

  Bicycles purchased from Prisma	45 €
  E-bikes	90 €
  E-bikes purchased from Prisma	75 €

  The initial service includes:

  • Inspection and adjustment of gears and brakes
  • Wheel truing and spoke tightening
  • Check and adjustment of headset, hub, and bottom bracket bearings
  • Tightening of cranks and pedals
  • Tightening all bolts and nuts
  • Lubrication where needed
  • Functional testing of the bike

  Basic Bicycle Service

  Regular maintenance extends the life of your bike and helps prevent unnecessary wear while detecting faulty parts early. After winter, it’s especially smart to get your bike ready for summer.

  Bicycles, single-speed	70 €
  Bicycles, hub gears	80 €
  E-bikes, hub gears	110 €
  Bicycles, derailleur gears	90 €
  E-bikes, derailleur gears	120 €
  Cargo bikes	140 €
